How does Platonik work?
When you like someone from your contact list, your like stays private. If that person also likes you, a mutual match is created and both of you are notified. No one knows anything unless it's mutual!
Are my likes really private?
Yes, 100% private! Your likes are only revealed when they're mutual. If the other person hasn't liked you, they'll never know.
How many likes can I send?
The number of likes varies based on your subscription plan. With the free plan, you can send a limited number of likes. Premium plans offer more likes and features.
How is my contact list used?
Phone numbers from your contact list are sent to our servers in hashed (encrypted) form and are only used to find mutual matches. Your numbers are never shared with third parties.
What happens when there's a match?
When two people like each other, both of you receive a notification and learn that you've matched. After that, you can get in touch via WhatsApp!
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.
